Alright so valentine day was another simple occasion.

Bought valentine cake from bread talk yesterday for my neo and they are having a promo. If you purchase 2 valentine cake, you'll get 2 movie tickets, one pair of touche spa treat and a stalk of flower. So I resorted to buying one more for my family. =)

Free flower and xiao chen with a heart goes to sister and spa treat to mummy and daddy. I'll take the movie ticket. perfect! all for the price of $21.60. (Though before we could enjoy the cake I made mummy angry, sorry mummy..) hehe.

Well, I decided that I want to prove my neo wrong as he always says I cant cook. So I went online to search for a spaghetti recipe and found one that wrote "jo mama's world best spaghetti recipe" so I thought this is it. He's going to be soooo impressed. Although I have an appetizer and dessert in mind, the ingredient weren't that easy to get so I gave up the idea and concentrate on a superb spaghetti.

Intended to wake up at 6 plus in the morning to prepare (as I'm seriously slow) but due to researching the previous night I cant climb up and the next moment, it was 830am. I drove to his place and sneak inside to do my preparation. (I was so sneaky, if the construction worker next door didn't see my key, he'll report to the police.) ok so the clock ticked and I search for all the ingredient I need. and finally when I want to start cooking I realised I have missing ingredient. darn. had to go downstairs to buy. So I sneaked out and sneaked in again. Before I could start. My neo woke up and came outside. There goes my suprise.......

So I start to cook and chase him out sfter he start the fire for me. But when he hear the sizzling from the pot when food has yet to be put in and smelt the burning. He moved his way in and said " haiyo.. you don't use this pot, you're going to spoil my dad's pot." from there he took over by doing the tasting while I played a part in stirring and dumping in the ingredient. But it was a major achievement as I have to 'aga' the salt, sugar and water.

Finally after simmering for 30-40mins. I got the 'look' perfect spag sauce. He boiled the spag and we tasted the end product. His verdict(nodding his head) "not bad, taste quite different, 75 points" wahahahaha, so I got a Band 1 on my first attempt and seriously its really different. next time, I'm going to do it again, on my own.

Well, baby,thank you for being there for me for a good 5 years. Through all the nonsense, laughters and fustration we've made it this far. As you say we'll have more 5 years together and may we honour our words and promises to each other. Just want to say, I love you more then before and will continue to do so. =)

Later, together with sister we're going to my niece, little jingyi's 1st month. Will post her pics soon.
